None of our "Terms & Conditions" affect your statutory rights as a consumer
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to complete your order. You then select the method of payment you wish to use, either with Protx, Pay-Pal or by Cheque (please allow 4 working days for clearance), all the information you provide to Protx or Pay-Pal is strictly confidential & secure. Protx is a well established secure online Payment Service provider and uses "Verified by Visa" & "Mastercard SecureCode" to process your payment. Pay-Pal is also a well established and recognised Payment Service provider, now you "NO LONGER" have to be a member to use Pay-Pal. Both you the seller & the retailer are covered by Pay-Pal's protection policies. Both Protx and Pay-Pal accept all major "Credit / Debit Cards"

We try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. When we sell out of a product we will either remove it from the website or mark it on the website as "awaiting stock".
If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will backorder for you. We will endeavour to email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We accept Visa (including Visa Electron), Solo, Maestro (Switch) and MasterCard.
Making a purchase
Shipping & Handling
All shipping costs are calculated automatically by the website based on the weight of your order. All delivery costs are based on UK mainland addresses only, extra charges may apply for outer lying areas of Scotland & Ireland, please e-mail us with your full postal address for delivery prices to these areas also for the heavier and bulkier items there will be extra delivery charges based on their weight. We use either Royal Mail or Initial City Link for deliveries. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days (excluding English Bank Holidays), but due to volume of orders, time of year (Christmas etc) or how busy we are it may take upto 3 days to be dispatched. Both Royal Mail First Class Recorded Deliveries and Initial City Link Deliveries will require a signature upon delivery, if there is no one two sign for it, it will held at either your local sorting office or local Initial City Link Depot. If the items are not collected and returned to PC-Tronics a £10.00 handling fee will be charged and goods will not be re-delivered untill this is paid (this fee covers the items being returned to us then re-dispatched) All other methods do not require a signature upon delivery.
Guarantee
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery, for a full refund (excluding return delivery costs). Just return all the items in their original unopened condition and write on the invoice "please cancel order", but you MUST e-mail us first at "sales@pc-tronics.co.uk" informing us of your intentions to cancel the sale, so that we can issue you with the address to reurn the goods to. Any return delivery fees to be met by the customer and are non-refundable.
Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted for damaged or faulty goods only, but only if you notify us within 14 days of delivery. If the packaging is damaged upon reciept please make a note of this on the courier companies delivery note when signing for the goods. Media returns will not be accepted if you have compatibility problems with your CD/DVD Drives. PC Tronics can not be held responsible if you writer/s are incompatible with the media purchased. Returns for inkjet cartridges will not be accepted if all the installation and/or storage procedures have not been followed correctly or the cartridge/s have been tampered with in anyway. All returns will be tested by PC Tronics and you will be notified by e-mail regards the results. If product/s are faulty you will be offered either a full refund or a replacement (return postage fees are non-refundable). Any returns must be sent via a signed for delivery service (for proof of posting). Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA number, please e-mail us first at "sales@pc-tronics.co.uk" for a valid RMA number.

All product descriptions & dimensions are correct to the best of our knowledge, whilst every effort is taken with the descriptions & dimensions mistakes do happen, so please inform us if you find any mistakes with the products descriptions & or dimensions.

PC-Tronics reserves the right to substitute any items that are low in stock or out of stock with items of a similar or greater value & quality. This does no affect your Statutory Rignts.

Unfortunately pricing errors can occur, if a pricing error occurs we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
Privacy Policy
We do not pass any of your details onto a third party for reasons unrelated to your order, we do collect customers email addresses from orders placed and add them to our mailing list. The mailing list is designed to allow us to keep our customers up to date with new products and pricing if you do not wish to receive emails from us then you can unsubscribe from our mailing list instantly and you will not receive any more marketing material.

Data collected by this site is used to:

CD/DVD Disc Compatibility
PC-Tronics cannot be held responsible for any media compatibility issues that may arise when you purchase any CD/DVD media from us.

We get countless emails from customers who buy any media and expect it to work in all DVD players and or all CD/DVD Writers. Unfortunately, this is not the case, nearly all problems arise through compatibility issues with the discs & the drives, or the
computers setup, whether it is Hardware, Software Burning Program and or the writers “Firmware” which could be either corrupt or out of date. In nearly all cases, this can be rectified by visiting your CD/DVD Writer’s manufacturers website and downloading
their latest “Firmware” (free of charge) for your Writer's Model, or by checking the Burning Software Program and or Hardware
setup for any faults.

If you do experience any compatibility issues with your discs, please stop using them immediately and contact us, we can
only offer an exchange or refund for any unopened tubs or stacks or if you have used less than 10% of the original contents.
All discs must be returned in their original packaing and in a re-sellable condition, otherwise no refund or exchange can be given.
