All shipping costs are calculated automatically by the website based on the weight of your order. All delivery costs are based on UK mainland addresses only, extra charges may apply for outer lying areas of Scotland & Ireland, please e-mail us with your full postal address for delivery prices to these areas also for the heavier and bulkier items there will be extra delivery charges based on their weight. We use either Royal Mail or Initial City Link for deliveries. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days (excluding English Bank Holidays), but due to volume of orders, time of year (Christmas etc) or how busy we are it may take upto 3 days to be dispatched. Both Royal Mail First Class Recorded Deliveries and Initial City Link Deliveries will require a signature upon delivery, if there is no one two sign for it, it will held at either your local sorting office or local Initial City Link Depot. If the items are not collected and returned to PC-Tronics a £10.00 handling fee will be charged and goods will not be re-delivered untill this is paid (this fee covers the items being returned to us then re-dispatched) All other methods do not require a signature upon delivery.
Unfortunately due to "Royal Mail's" new pricing structure, (size aswell as weight) the P&P cost's for Royal Mail First Class & Royal Mail First Class Recorded have risen. This is due to the fact that all the items purchased from this site fall under the new catergory of "Packet" (either, over 353mm long or 250mm wide or 25mm thick). We still do not make any profit (and never will) on P&P cost's and in some cases we even lose out on the P&P cost's, but we have re-structured our P&P costs in the best way possible. It is only the two methods mentioned above that are affected and no over service's price's have changed.
